Anxiety therapist in Phoenix AZ

Elaine Evans, MS, LPC

I’m Elaine, and I help people who are feeling just like you—those who have it within themselves to be healthy and thriving again, but just need the support and guidance to get there.

I help my clients find peace, confidence, and joy by equipping them with the tools they need to uncover and heal from the pain of the past, tune in to emotions, and engage meaningfully in relationships while navigating change and transition.

My training in trauma-informed therapy, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing from past experiences.

But at the end of the day, you want to know you are working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an adult struggling to feel connected and confident in yourself and your relationships, right?

Let’s connect and get you started on your healing journey.

Anxiety therapist in Phoenix AZ

Carli Kilbourne, MS, LPC

I’m Carli and I help people-pleasers who are tired of feeling unsatisfied in life and relationships. Together, we work to transform deeply-rooted insecurities that fuel perfectionism and fear of failure so that you can stop living by everyone else’s expectations and start feeling confident in who you truly are.

I help my clients identify sneaky patterns of self-sabotage, heal the old wounds that keep them playin’ it safe, and build confidence to step into their authentic self in work, relationships, and life in general.

Many of my clients are adult children who are wrestling with hard family decisions, including setting boundaries with parents, limiting contact, or deciding whether going no-contact is the healthiest choice. If you feel guilty for wanting space, confused after difficult family interactions, or exhausted from trying to make the relationship work, therapy can help you sort through what you need with more clarity and confidence.

One of my main modalities is EMDR (which stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Taking this approach means that I can support you in moving past addressing surface-level symptoms to actually address the root-cause of your issues to create lasting change.

When it comes down to it, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it’s like to be a go-getter who’s anxious and overwhelmed, appearing successful on the outside, but struggling to actually feel confident on the inside.

Let’s connect and get you started on your journey to your most authentic self!

Trauma therapist in Phoenix AZ

Meredith Clark, LPC, MC, PhD

You might find yourself here because you are exhausted, overwhelmed, and having a hard time feeling like yourself. Maybe sleep has become difficult, your relationship feels strained, or parenthood has brought more anxiety, resentment, or loneliness than you expected. You may be caring for everyone else, managing the mental load, and wondering when you will finally feel like “enough.” On the outside, you look put together. On the inside, it feels like you are constantly managing your emotions, your responsibilities, and everyone else’s needs.

Hi, I’m Meredith, and I work with adults, couples, moms, and dads who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet tired of feeling stuck. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, poor sleep, burnout, parenting stress, postpartum challenges, relationship conflict, or the mental load of family life. They often want closeness and support, but struggle to fully relax, ask for what they need, or stop feeling like they have to hold everything together.

I am currently pursuing my PMH-C credential to deepen my work with parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and burnout. Whether you are adjusting to life with a new baby, feeling disconnected in your relationship, struggling with resentment, or wondering why parenting feels so much harder than you expected, therapy can help you feel less alone and more grounded.

My work with clients focuses on helping you feel calmer in your body, clearer in your relationships, and more connected to yourself. Together, we will work on understanding the patterns that keep you anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down, while building new ways to rest, communicate, set boundaries, and move through stress. When helpful, I also support clients in processing past experiences that may still be showing up in their sleep, relationships, parenting, or self-worth.

Clients often describe therapy with me as emotionally safe, validating, and gently challenging. Over time, many notice they are waking up with less dread, feeling calmer in relationships, communicating more clearly, setting better boundaries, and relating to themselves with more ease and self-trust.
