Elaine Evans, MS, LPC
I’m Elaine, and I help people who are feeling just like you—those who have it within themselves to be healthy and thriving again, but just need the support and guidance to get there.
I help my clients find peace, confidence, and joy by equipping them with the tools they need to uncover and heal from the pain of the past, tune in to emotions, and engage meaningfully in relationships while navigating change and transition.
My training in trauma-informed therapy, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing from past experiences.
But at the end of the day, you want to know you are working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an adult struggling to feel connected and confident in yourself and your relationships, right?
Let’s connect and get you started on your healing journey.
Carli Kilbourne, MS, LPC
I’m Carli and I help people-pleasers who are tired of feeling unsatisfied in life and relationships. Together, we work to transform deeply-rooted insecurities that fuel perfectionism and fear of failure so that you can stop living by everyone else’s expectations and start feeling confident in who you truly are.
I help my clients identify sneaky patterns of self-sabotage, heal the old wounds that keep them playin’ it safe, and build confidence to step into their authentic self in work, relationships, and life in general.
One of my main modalities is EMDR (which stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Taking this approach means that I can support you in moving past addressing surface-level symptoms to actually address the root-cause of your issues to create lasting change.
When it comes down to it, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it’s like to be a go-getter who’s anxious and overwhelmed, appearing successful on the outside, but struggling to actually feel confident on the inside.
Let’s connect and get you started on your journey to your most authentic self!
Meredith Clark, LPC, MC, PhD
You might find yourself here because nights are hard. You are exhausted, but your body will not settle. You lie awake wondering when you will finally feel “enough,” replaying conversations, worrying about relationships, and feeling like you are always the one trying harder to make things work. On the outside, you look put together. On the inside, it feels like you are constantly managing yourself, your emotions, and other people’s expectations.
Hi, I’m Meredith, and I work with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet tired of feeling stuck. Many of the people I support struggle with poor sleep, anxiety, burnout, and relationships that feel more draining than nourishing. They often want closeness but do not know how to fully relax around other people, and they carry a fear that if they stop holding everything together, they will disappoint someone.
My work with clients focuses on helping your body feel safer and more settled, not just helping you understand what is wrong. Together, we will work on calming your nervous system, noticing patterns that no longer serve you, and gently shifting habits and beliefs that keep you feeling on edge. When it feels supportive, I also helps clients process past experiences that continue to show up as anxiety, self-criticism, or difficulty resting. My approach blends trauma-focused work (EMDR), parts-based therapy (IFS), emotion-focused support (EFT), body-based practices, and nutritional considerations for mental health.
Clients often describe therapy with me as emotionally safe, validating, and gently challenging. Over time, many notice they are waking up with less dread, feeling calmer in relationships, setting clearer boundaries, and relating to themselves with more ease and self-trust.
